WTF is going on with this Rebel propaganda bullshit? What happened to conquering planets and purging civilian populations as the 501st?

Don’t know, don’t care. EA has still not given me any reason to move on from the original Battlefront 2.

I don’t know. I was actually looking at the game until the microtransaction issue.

I didn’t get it either, but I watched the angry joe review and apparently the main character just randomly flips to the rebel side halfway through the campaign.

Hey, don’t be down on that. It’s only just $2 to actually start the game. I mean yeah, *swipes credit card for $5 menu selection key* it is a bit of a bummer that you have to pay $10 if you want to select a game mode but just think of the value you are getting! I don’t know about you but I love the grind! Except for unlocking Vader, I want to play as him now. *shoves $40 into disc tray* I am sure down the road we will all see this as just a speed bump in the road. *solders credit card to console motherboard*

We picked it up. My 10 year old and I are both big SW nerds. The plot is pretty predictable. A shame they couldn’t just go down the path of the Tie Fighter games where you were a baddie to the end, but the “need” for story drives the flip I suppose. Kid friendly and all that.
Single player campaign isn’t horrible or great. Kind of typical. Multiplayer is basically me getting my ass handed to me by some 9 year old from South America.
Graphics are pretty great. Especially the flying stuff. First person view in the X-Wing is amazing.

This annoys me the most. She just switches sides with nary a thought.

You’re about to go make me drag my PS2 out of the closet just to play the Mos Eisley hero’s vs villains battle.
